Our associates are friendly and happy to assist you in every way we can, from picking out the right natural food for your pet, to helping you to fit a harness on your squirmy puppy! Our associates participate in on-going training and know a lot about natural pet food. Does your pet have food allergies or food sensitivities? No problem our team can help you with any pet-related problem you come to us with. Established in 1994 PetSaver was started as a store to provide natural and alternative pet foods and supplies to Rochester area pet lovers.

Pet Self-Wash – Only $9.99

Our Pet Self-Wash stations are at each location and designed to take the fuss out of giving your pet a bath! Our beautiful walk up tubs allow you to get your pup into the tub without lifting. We provide shampoo, conditioner, towels, aprons, grooming tools, and anything else you might need to help get your pooch clean.
You provide the dog, we provide the clean-up. Self Wash bath tubs are available now at all of our locally owned pet store locations:

Giving Back

8,000 Rochester Shelter Pets Fed Free of Charge! 

PetSaver Healthy Pet Superstore has committed to donating all of the dog and cat food fed at Lollypop Farm and Rochester Animal Services.

“It’s been a long time dream of ours to be able to provide this program to Lollypop Farm and Rochester Animal Services,” said Russ Herman, owner and CEO of PetSaver, a locally owned chain of pet stores in Rochester. “This helps free up resources for all of the services that they provide.”

Every year, these two shelters care for and find homes for more than 10,000 pets, which consume over 50,000 pounds of food per year.
